About Us
Meet the Founder
Vladislav Shuliko, the founder and owner of the company ILMA TRADE SERVICE USA.
I bring a strong background in construction and engineering, with a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. My experience started long before the U.S.
In 2003, I founded a construction company in Moscow, where over the next 14 years we completed 967 residential and commercial projects, managing teams of up to 165 people.
Some of the projects included large-scale developments such as shopping centers, hotels, and government facilities.
In 2015, I made the decision to move to the United States and rebuild everything from the ground up.
By 2019, I became a licensed General Contractor in California (#1122853).
Today, I focus on residential and commercial construction across Los Angeles, including ADUs, new construction, and full remodeling — bringing the same level of structure, discipline, and experience to every project.
